Nam Hung Joint Stock Company is the Skyline West Lake project investor<\/span><\/h2>\n

Nam Hung Joint Stock Company is implementing a high-end office, hotel, and apartment complex project in the D6 Peach Garden area, Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. This project consists of a total of 27 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, constructed on a land area of 3,626.8 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project includes 356 apartments, including 150 commercial apartments, 56 rental apartments, and 150 5-star standard hotel-apartment units. This reflects the diversity and comprehensiveness of the project, catering to the needs of various customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Information about Skyline West Lake’s developer<\/h3>\n

The Skyline West Lake project originated from Song Kim Investment Joint Stock Company, which previously developed the Song Kim Plaza high-rise building at its current location. However, in 2013, Song Kim Company transferred this land parcel for 280 billion VND.
\nSubsequently, this land parcel was once again transferred to Nam Hung Joint Stock Company to execute the high-end office, hotel, and apartment complex project.
\nIn May 2018, Nam Hung Company, led by Mr. \u0110\u1ed7 Kh\u1eafc H\u01b0ng, mortgaged the land use rights of the project to the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) – Transaction Office Branch.<\/p>\n

By 2020, this land parcel was again transferred for 600 billion VND by selling 100% of the company’s shares. Although the transaction details were not publicly disclosed, at the beginning of 2021, there was a significant change in the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam Hung Company, with Mr. \u0110\u1eb7ng Ng\u1ecdc L\u01b0\u1ee3ng, Deputy CEO of Phenikaa Group, being appointed to replace the previous position.<\/p>\n

The project is currently in the construction phase up to the 3rd floor of the building, with Central Company serving as the general contractor for the structural work and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) completion.
